How a visit works

From the time you choose to the day you are well — the same doctor and the care team stay with you.

  1. 1

    Choose a time

Pick the doctor and a time that suits you. A first visit is longer; a follow-up is shorter.

  2. 2

The doctor is told at once

The doctor sees your answers before the call, so the time goes to you, not to forms.

  3. 3

    A video or voice call

The doctor calls you in the app. If the line is weak it turns to voice; WhatsApp is there too.

  4. 4

    The prescription on your phone

Medicines, tests and advice arrive on your phone, signed by the doctor — print it or show it at a pharmacy.

  5. 5

Checked on until you are well

Each day a short check-in; if anything worries us, the care team calls you straight away.

Each doctor sets their own fees, and many follow-ups and report reviews are free. Help in an emergency is always free.
